A Kazakhstani company working in supply and procurement. We prepare tender documentation, source suppliers and deliver spare parts for industry and construction.
Who we are
AQPAN SOLUTIONS is a limited liability partnership registered in Astana. We work at the junction of two jobs that supply chains usually split between different contractors: bidding on procurements and physically delivering the goods.
That removes the main break in the chain. Tender support without access to suppliers produces bids that cannot be fulfilled on time. Supply without an understanding of procurement procedures produces rejected bids and contractual penalties. We take responsibility for both halves.
We source from China, Europe and the domestic Kazakhstani market. Which channel we use is decided by the specification, the budget and the contractual delivery date — not by which supplier is most convenient for us.
Principles
How we operate
Feasibility first, bid second
We do not submit a bid or accept an order if production and logistics cannot fit inside the contractual delivery date.
Costing in open lines
Every component of the price is visible in the proposal. You decide with the full picture in front of you.
Technical precision
We verify part numbers, mounting dimensions and specifications before the order is placed, not after the cargo arrives.
Responsibility until acceptance
An order is closed once the acceptance certificate is signed and closing documents are handed over — not at dispatch.
