Privacy policy

This policy sets out how personal data of aqpan.group users is processed and protected, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.

The data operator is AQPAN SOLUTIONS Limited Liability Partnership, BIN 260640029626, Astana.

2. What data we collect

We process only the data you voluntarily enter into the request form on the site:

• the name you give us;
• your organisation name, if you provide it;
• your phone number and/or email address;
• the subject and text of your message.

The site uses no third-party advertising or analytics trackers and does not collect data about your behaviour on other sites.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed solely in order to:

• contact you about the request you submitted;
• prepare a commercial proposal or a costing;
• conclude and perform a supply contract or provide procurement support services;
• comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box when you submit the form, and on the necessity of performing a contract to which you are or intend to become a party.

5. Retention period

Data is kept no longer than the purpose of processing requires: until correspondence about the request is complete, and — where a contract is concluded — for the period established by law for retaining accounting and tax records.

Access is limited to the employees involved in handling your request.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be shared with suppliers and carriers only to the extent required to fulfil your order, and with state authorities on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• obtain information about how your personal data is processed;
• request correction or completion of data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• withdraw consent and request deletion of your data;
• appeal the operator's actions to the authorised state body.

8. Technical files

The site stores one functional cookie in your browser holding the selected interface language and appearance setting. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.
